1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using the ClicksAdv Affiliate Network services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the services.

2. Affiliate Account

To join ClicksAdv as a Publisher, you must submit an accurate and complete application. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Commission & Payments

Commissions are paid according to the payment schedule specified in your account (e.g., Weekly, Net-15, Net-30). Payments are subject to a minimum payout threshold of $100. We reserve the right to withhold payment if fraud is detected.

4. Fraud & Compliance

ClicksAdv has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud. Strictly prohibited activities include: bot traffic, incentivize traffic (unless allowed), misleading creatives, and scrubbing. Any violation will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ClicksAdv, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits.
