4.1 Offer Accuracy: Advertisers must provide accurate information about their products or services. Misleading or deceptive offers are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Payment: Advertisers agree to compensate affiliates for valid actions in accordance with the agreed-upon payment terms. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of the advertiser's account.
5.1 Payouts: ClicksAdv will process payments based on the agreed-upon terms. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
5.2 Fraudulent Activity: ClicksAdv reserves the right to withhold payments and suspend accounts in the event of suspected fraudulent activity or breach of terms.
ClicksAdv is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our platform.
ClicksAdv reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or any other reason deemed necessary.
ClicksAdv may update these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
