You may qualify to participate if you have plantar fibromatosis in one foot with at least one nodule causing pain. If enrolled, you may receive up to 4 injections (total) of the medication being tested or a placebo into the nodules of your affected foot per treatment cycle. Your total participation may last up to 4 months, and you will be asked to attend 7 doctor's visits. You will complete various diagnostic tests and provide urine and blood samples for laboratory testing. The doctor’s office conducting the study will be able to provide you with more information about the study requirements. Trial-related procedures and study medication will be provided at no cost. Participants who qualify for the study will receive trial-related procedures and study medication at no cost to you or your insurance. Qualifications: - Physician has diagnosed you with plantar fibromatosis, also known as Ledderhose Disease - Only one foot - Cannot have known bleeding disorder or taking a blood thinner - Cannot require full-time use of wheel chair
